Proton has launched a limited edition Preve recently in conjunction with the start of the contest "Drive & Win" that offers PREVE LE LIMITED EDITION for the Grand Prize and Many more prizes offered in this contest. LE Preve sold only 100 units only, and available in 'solid white' (white). Meanwhile, extra features added in this model such as New  Stylish body kit  design, leather seat trim, alloy wheels 17 ", as well as six airbags, and safety package received a 5-star ANCAP. Priced at  RM79, 688 . At the same time, Proton also announced a new color option for Preve existing model, known as Soft Lilac. Proton is targeting this new color will be popular among female drivers.

For upcoming 2014, Yamaha updated the version of YZF-R6, R1, FZ6R & FZ-09 to compete with others such as the Honda CBR600R and Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R. T he 2014 R6 has been given a refreshed look  and choices of colours.   The Yamaha YZF-R6 is a well known middleweight sportsbike with high racing dynamics. The speed machine retains its key elements such as the chip-controlled intake and throttle, dual fuel injectors per cylinder and slipper clutch for smoother downshifting. The new updates include a GP-style titanium muffler to shed some weight. Magnesium engine covers and rear subframe have also been used to minimize weight. Powering the Yamaha YZF-R6 is the same 599cc, liquid-cooled, inline 4-cylinder engine with a DOHC layout having 16 titanium valves. This engine produces 123 BHP of maximum power at 14,500 RPM and a peak torque of 66 Nm at 11,000 RPM, mated to a 6-speed close ratio manual gearbox. .
